Total formwork area: 4,500 m²
The commercial building rises 32 floors, with construction currently focused on the basement. For this project, our client is using Alumi Frame Wall Formwork, HETO Frame Formwork for columns, and Alu-Flex Slab Formwork. These three systems, made from either S355 steel or 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, are all panelized solutions sharing several advantages.
They are system-based, with interconnected panels, connectors, and bracing elements that form precise molds for concrete. Engineered in specific sizes and shapes, they provide high accuracy and consistent results while enabling rapid on-site assembly and installation. Their standardized, modular design accelerates construction, and their durability allows multiple reuses without warping—making them a cost-effective choice for large or repetitive projects. Additionally, both materials produce a smooth, high-quality concrete finish that outperforms traditional timber formwork in strength, longevity, and surface quality.
To ensure the successful integration of multiple formwork systems, our technical team visited the site to provide hands-on guidance, supervise proper installation, and address any technical questions. This on-site support optimized formwork usage, improved efficiency, and reinforced our commitment to delivering reliable service throughout the construction process.
