TECON Cimbing Formwork CB180 / CB240
TECON Climbing Formwork CB 180 and CB 240 is a crane-assisted jumping formwork system for vertical core walls and shear walls. Using heavy-duty triangular brackets anchored to cured concrete, the system supports high construction loads during double-sided wall forming. It relies entirely on crane lifting for quick, unit-by-unit repositioning in high-rise projects.
Features & Benefits
Climbing Formwork Features and Benefits
Single-Lift Climbing Efficiency: The complete unit can be repositioned to the next pouring level with a single crane lift, significantly reducing handling time and improving overall productivity.
Zero Lateral Frame Load: Concrete pressure during pouring is entirely absorbed by through-wall tie rods, ensuring the frame carries no lateral concrete load.
Standard 3-Tier Platforms: Features exactly three dedicated levels, including a top platform for pouring, a main platform for formwork, and a suspended platform for anchor recovery.
Secure Anchor Bearing: The heavy-duty bracket anchors into concrete and braces against the lower wall, safely transferring upper construction loads to the building.
System Compatibility: Fully compatible with TECON wall formwork systems, including: TECON Base 20 Wall Formwork, other TECON wall solutions
Climbing Formwork Application
Suitable for high-rise core walls, bridge piers, LNG storage tanks, and power plant structures requiring efficient and safe vertical construction.
