TECON Self-Climbing Formwork TSC50 / TSC100
TECON Self climbing Formwork TSC 50 and TSC 100 is an automatic hydraulic system for high rise core walls and bridge pylons. Composed of climbing rails, brackets, anchoring systems, and hydraulic cylinders, the system attaches directly to concrete walls. It lifts the rail and frame alternately, allowing them to act as mutual supports to climb upward without a tower crane.
Features & Benefits
Self-climbing Formwork Features and Benefits
- Crane Independent Alternating Climb: Lifts the climbing rails and bracket framework alternately, utilizing mutual support to climb independently of tower cranes.
- Rigid Anchored Rail Attachment: Uses robust anchoring systems and climbing shoes to lock the guide rails and brackets securely onto the concrete surface for high altitude safety.
- Standard 4 Tier Platform System: Features exactly four dedicated levels, including a top platform for reinforcement, a main platform for formwork, a hydraulic platform for driving units, and a suspended platform for wall finishing.
- Efficient Parallel Workflows: Specialized platform separation allows steel reinforcement tying, concrete pouring, and formwork stripping to proceed simultaneously.
- Versatile Structure Configuration: Adapts easily to both integrated and separated truss designs, allowing flexible setup on varied vertical concrete layouts.
Self-Climbing Formwork Application
Perfectly suited for rapid vertical construction in super high rise building cores, large bridge pylons, and massive concrete structures requiring optimized crane usage.
