TECON is more than a manufacturer or supplier of formwork and scaffolding, we are experienced designers, engineers, sales specialists and project managers who can offer you a wide range of services to support your construction projects.
When planning a project, it is essential to first communicate your requests regarding formwork types, project types/phases, delivery time, etc. Next, conduct a project analysis based on your structural drawings and the applicable formwork system, followed by a detailed cost estimation proposal. Then, proceed with technical planning to develop a preliminary formwork solution. Finally, provide professional shop drawings and on-site supervision to ensure the smooth execution of the project.
TECON’s R&D department focuses on product innovation and design improvement. We collaborate globally with academia and construction companies to develop and
enhance products. All new products undergo third-party testing to ensure safety, efficiency, usability, and cost-effectiveness. We have made significant investments in RMB and utilize CAD drawing software, as well as 3D modeling software such as Revit, SolidWorks, Rhino, and Abaqus, along with calculation software like SAP and Midas as our primary development tools.
All of our products, including system formwork and various components, undergo thorough calculations and testing before mass production.
We have entered into a long term cooperative agreement with Germany’s TUV laboratory to ensure that our customers receive high-quality and safe products.
We have also partnered with a third-party software company to effectively implement the automatic formwork planning matching function for our main formwork system.
Auto-CAD formwork planning, 3D demonstration, static calculation etc., were all utilized for the tender of a large-scale coal storage project in Taiwan region.
Shop drawings were created before the materials arrived at the site.
We offer technologically and economically optimized formwork solutions, providing preliminary drawings based on your structural plans using AUTO-CAD or 3D software. We control costs with a safety-first approach and provide technical briefings either online or face-to-face. Additionally, we perform load calculations in accordance with local standards.
TECON Customer Care Department handles order updates and fulfillment from production to delivery. During production, we share the fabrication schedule and QC process with photos and videos. After production, we document the packaging and loading process and provide these photos to our customers.
Before shipping, we ensure products and materials are properly packed according to their size and weight, meeting sea transport and Incoterms 2010 requirements. The shipping advice includes the vessel name, container number, and ETA, which we send to our customers. Full shipping documents will be sent by courier or tele-released upon request.
Well-organized shop drawings, assembly drawings along with a user manual will be provided for your site training and guidance.
TECON engineers will be on-site to ensure that your team can immediately apply their new knowledge for safe, fast, and efficient formwork and scaffolding operations.
All TECON materials are designed and produced according to relevant standards such as EN1065, EN13377, etc., as well as TECON internal standards strictly. Safety factors have already been considered during the engineering stage. In addition to these guarantees, the TECON QC team executes higher quality control standards compared to others.
In case of receipt or under suitable/appropriate conditions if TECON materials get broken or have major and critical defects, we will:
01) deliver the replacement for the same, or
02) refund the corresponding amount and loss as compensation to our customers, or
03) send our technician to your site for maintenance.
In such cases, TECON would examine the material and would assess if it is site contractor / personnel fault or TECON material problem using relevant data such as brief report, photos, videos from contractors. If our site supervisor is on the site during such period, we will also do the survey as another reference source.
This clause is valid for 12 months from the date the contractor has received the materials.
