These trolleys are versatile and not tied to a specific construction method. They can accommodate different cross-sections of load-bearing structures based on geological conditions and planned utilization. While a simple rectangular shape offers the most cost-effective manufacturing option, circular or elliptical sections can also provide specific advantages depending on the frame conditions.
The main criteria for selecting the construction type and load-bearing structures are the tunnel cross-section and its length. Additionally, curves and inclinations associated with objects along the tunnel, as well as the geometric shapes of clear width and height, must be considered.
