1. Hollow plastic formwork for construction

2. How to distinguish the quality of the hollow plastic formwork?

(1) Look at the trimmings around the building formwork, and look at its pressure density. The good ones are flat and the bad ones are easy to break.

(2) Look at the glue used for building formwork, the bad one is urea-formaldehyde glue, the good one is waterproof melamine. The good formwork is clean and bright and the hand feels fine and smooth, while the poor formwork is dark and not bright.

(3) Look at the pros and cons of the materials used in the building formwork.

(4) Look at the pressure of the building formwork: when you go to the factory for inspection, go to the hot press to see how much pressure it presses. Generally, hot press of a factory presses 9mpa to 20mpa. The surface of the formwork pressured with a large pressure is bright and smooth, and the flatness is uniform, and vice versa, the surface of the formwork pressured with a small pressure will be dark and rough with unevenness.
