    Drying


    After electrophoretic coating, the steel formwork must be dried. The working temperature of the dryer is set at 160-180°C, with a drying time of 30 minutes.


    Main equipment required for electrophoretic coating 


    It includes various water tanks, electrocoating tanks, through-type drying ovens, mechanical drive systems, electrical control systems, and equipment for paint and film, such as conductivity meters, adhesion testers, etc.
